I realised it is different for everyone. I used to eat a jar of nutella( yes, you heard right, a jar) as a "light snack" when I was overweight but after starting tracking, it seems a lot. Right know, maintainence, if I stop enjoying my food anf feel really bloated, I consider it overeating(not binging, overeating).

Eating anything beyond what feeds my hunger/appetite. I know when I am full...I eat slow enough.
Llike that last bite of FF with gravy I had Friday night...I was satisfied, my belly was full but I ate it..cause it tasted good...
I stopped right there tho...just that one bite but I over ate.0 -

I partially practice intuitive eating so for me overeating would be eating beyond the point which I'm satisfied. On the flip side, if I'm hungry, I eat.0
