Is there anyone who wouldn't mind try to stop me when I am having a binge attack? I really need to stop because my doctor told me my meal plan became extremely unhealthy. So please add me and text me if you think you could talk with me:)

Try reading 'Eating Less' by Gillian Riley. It's really helpful.
