Question about buy here pay here car lots

So I know this has nothing to do with MFP, that's why I'm doing it in the chit chat section because I really need opinions and I have nowhere else to ask and since there are so many people on here I figure I might get a handful who would know something about the situation. It's a bit of a long story so please bare with me because I need the insight.
Okay, so I went to a buy here pay here car lot, I picked out a car I loved and he said that I couldn't test drive it because he didn't have dealer plates because they were in the middle of switching the name of the business. He assured me that the car was great, that he had just put it on the lot and it had been fully inspected and that they went through the whole thing. (I know I shouldn't have believed him but we desperately needed a car and my fiancé had cars from him before). From the second we got the. At it was ridiculous. Not even a week into having it the car was stalling and chugging and we found out it needed at CAT converter. The car lot "fixed it" but a few weeks later the check engine light came back on. We told him about it and he said to being it in but then he wasn't there that day and it never got fixed. Then came the snow, and when I turned on my 4 wheel drive it sucked and the "service 4WD" light came on. The handles to the two back doors have been hard to open since we got it, you have to lift it up in just the right spot for it to open or else it feels like you're going to pull the handle off. The car is just absolutely nothing like he promised.
Now, we fell behind a bit during the holidays which he was fine with. Then I completely lost track of when our payments were due. My fiancé got fired from his job because his boss found out we were opening a pizzeria. So for the last month my fiancé and I have had no income and we will continue not to have any until the pizzeria opens next month. He never even called me to tell me we we're behind on payments or talk to me or anything. We pay every two weeks so we've only missed 3 payments (I did the calculating and figured out from our last payment to now) so were only $390 behind. He never called me until Tuesday, I called him back and left a message, and then Thursday I have my parents call me telling me that some guy was there looking for my car. (I lived with my parents when I got the car but have since moved and they don't know where I live). Then the guy showed up at my fiancé's mothers house harassing her. Mind you she is almost 70 years old and this is occurring at 10pm. He continues to call and harass my parents and my fiancé's mother at night (he hasn't done it for a few nights now) but has started harassing my sister. He calls me every day leaving harassing and threatening voicemails on my phone and threatening my fiancé on his voicemail too. He keeps saying he is going to the sheriffs tomorrow then to the courts to have my license suspended and the registration on my car suspended as well. And he's saying he is going to have me arrested. Mind you all of this harassing is very rarely during the day, it starts around 9pm and he keeps calling until 1am. Now here's the kicker, I got the title in the mail with ONLY my name on it and NO liens recorded. It is an original owners title from dmv stating myself and only myself as the owner and no liens.
My questions are:
Do I technically own the car since I have a clear title?
Can a repo man actually have my license suspended?
Can he really get me arrested?
Can I get him on harassment?
Since the title states me as the legal owner, if he tries to take it is it grand theft?

Feel free to please answer my questions and add anything you'd like.
But please keep in mind, I had full intentions of getting caught up on my car payments. However the repo man said that they don't want to do business with me because I missed a few payments and they want the car.
I also still planned on just saying screw it and giving them the car because I don't want to deal with scumbags like that anyways but then he was constantly harassing my parents and my fiancé's mother and myself until 1am and he is making threats of kicking my fiancé's *kitten*, calling him a punk and a coward and stuff.
I'm still considering giving the car back just to not have to deal with the harassment but at the same time, since the title is clear and in my name only, can they really so anything if I didn't give it back to them?
