How much is too much?

I always read my nutrition labels but my question is how do you know when a certain amount is too much? For example

1 cup of Dannon light and fit geek yogurt vanilla is

130 calories
0 total fat
13g of carbs
11g of sugar
18g of protein

Everything here looks good but the sugar amount.

What is the amount you like to stay under with calories, carbs, sugar etc...
