New here! Would love some friends.

Hey guys,

Just joined myfitnesspal today. I was looking for an online community that I could get into while changing my lifestyle...I'm basically going from eating whatever I want (along with a lot of emotional eating) and zero exercise (I work an office/cubicle job) to eating healthier and some kind of daily "workout", even if it's just a walk.

I've gained about 25 pounds in the past four years, and I don't want it to keep packing on. I'm looking to lose that 25 and maintain my weight from there. I'm also looking for ways to really control the emotional binging, because I'm starting back to college part-time and starting a new full-time job this month. I know the stress is going to get me another 5 - 10 pounds this year if I don't change what I'm doing.

So yeah, would love to meet some other people who have similar goals, or others who are just looking for support while on their journeys :) !
