I've been using myfitnesspal for a while, but have been avoiding it the past six months or so...but I'm back! I've signed up to do the Sun Run/Walk (10K) at the end of April and I need some extra motivation!

I too, signed up back in October 2013, but last week decided to really focus on my health and get down to business. I have been on numerous diets (too many to mention), but what I have found that works best for me with weight loss and leading a healthier lifestyle is tracking my food. It makes me accountable and really makes me make better food choices. I too, need motivation and would love to have you add me to your friend list. The more support, the better the results!! I just started back recently too. I originally started in August 2012, and took a few months off around the year mark. I started logging consistently again this month, and have lost 10 more lbs since December.
