Hi all,

i'm a diet coach & mens physique athlete. My diary is open, so feel free to look what i eat and ask questions.

I follow IIFYM & Clean Eating mixed into one. Current Goal is to slowly lean out, while staying strong … if not get stronger.

Hi welcome to MFP. Not meaning to be rude but as a mother can I suggest lots more fruit and veggies in your diet :flowerforyou:
  • i usually don't record veggies…. i have a "unlimited policy" on calorically light veggies. i typical count my startch/pro/fats.

Also i use a good greens supplement with supporting vitamins. Nobody's perfect so … we all lack something.

    :)

Fair enough, glad to hear that :)
  • Do you take any creatine, I havn't for years and was about to start. Trying to gain 10 more 1lbs before May.
  • Creatine is a great tool for LBM increase. 5g daily taken around your workout. Don't buy into designer creatine. Monohydrate is the cheapest and best researched.

It adds volume to your muscle via water (essentially). A hydrated muscle is a healthy one (ready to grow), and also helps with strength. As we know, strength and size are correlated.

    Cheers :)
  • Thanks
