Hi all, I just found this site and it looks like it is just what i need. I am terribly unorganized and this will help me greatly to track my calories and macros.
I have been powerlifting for a little over a year, and while I gained a lot of muscle and strength, I also got fatter than I wanted. Now I want to cut down to a more reasonable weight while keeping my lifting numbers or even improving them
Think I will stick to leangains, while counting calories.
I love physical training but since I also love food I tend to overeat often.
Feel free to add me, the more of us on the weight loss road the better
