That muffin top!

Hi I just got started on Myfitnesspal. I am active everyday in my job and work in a produce are lifting and hauling all day long. I want to lose a little, 25 lbs. BUT...it seems after 20 days the pounds are just not coming off. I still am maintaining the muffin top but notice it IS coming down a little, but my weight is still the same. Any suggestions?>:ohwell:
