Back again.........

I have been back and forth between mfp and w.w. for 4 years. I refuse to pay any more for w.w. cuz I know they want $ more than anything else. I like mfp better. My problem is the same as many here, I start slacking then get lazy when i lose a little weight. I need some friends on here that will help keep me motivated and encourage me when they see me slacking. The reason i left mfp before is because i need encouragement, not constant critism and sometimes on here people come at you like they are fitness gods, not people who want to help. I am a 53 year old woman who is 5, 6 and need to lose about 10 lbs, but need toning up more. I am not vegan nor do i want to be. I have joined the ymca and try to eat right and my food diary is open so feel free to make suggestions. I need like minded friends who want to keep in touch and help each other to lose, tone and eat right In a positive way.
