5:2 diet

Hi can anyone help me on what you eat on the fast day? I am in the UK and really looking for stuff that is easy to buy/make thanks

    I don't do this diet but there are groups who do...........

    Go to Comminity......& select Groups .....then search for 5:2

    I'm sure there is lots of info there

    Hi,
    Please join our 5:2 Diet---it is great, supportive and filled with ideas. On the main site you will get a lot of guff over this choice.
    I've had great luck with this way of eating, am very athletic and find this easy to do and supports my goals.
