for men over 40.

I thought a change of lifestyle having entered into a relationship and given up a physically demanding 80 hour working week , clubbing 5 or six nights a week revelling in late hours and all the jiggy that went with it, was responsible for my gradual weight gain.

Even thought the solution was hitting the gym and a keto diet ...which I ve spent a year doing with results.

Thank god for the medical profession and a proper solution - a couple of blood tests, see a specialist and a couple more blood tests and the net result is prescribed HRT for men !

In one week...

You would nt believe me if I said I have put my weights up by 25%.

you wouldn't believe me if I said the mother in law commented on how thin my face looked and on inspection it appears the same but my shoulders chest and arms have broadened or got wider leaving my face looking thinner.

You wouldn't believe me if I said my waist is shrinking and I m gaining weight not having changed my diet.

you wouldn't believe me if I said all fatigue has gone and I recover far quicker.

I could go on and on with a list of over 20 dramatic positive changes HRT has contributed to my wellbeing but I wont bore you !!!

For me I ve been given the final piece in the jigsaw that will allow me to hit my goal in months.

My only advice is - If you re in your 40 s and put gradual weight on and noticed gradual changes... it might not be the natural aging process responsible and it s all too easy to accept it is ...
