Im chris. Im trying to get back into shape. I'm 5'5" 166 lbs with a keg on my belly. I'm looking to loose the belly and tone up. In my prime I was 175 lbs of muscle but not looking to get big. I just want to be more fit. i noticed when Im not active I experience lower back issues. Sooo I would like to fix that.

I would like to get a better grasp on overall nutrition. Sometimes I'm over on fat intake and sodium, but my calories are good. I know there are good fats and bad fats. Anyone that can shed some light would be much appreciated.
