Tummy toning

No matter how much I exercise (a variety or cardio, toning and core) my tummy still feels flabby! I do between 3 and 6 hours exercise per week depending on work commitments. So i have bought vibrating toning belt to wear to help. Similar to the slendatone ones you wear see advertised on TV.

Anyone tried one before? Are they any good or am i wasting my time and money?!
