My name is Debbie and I am currently 209. I started out at 215 and have been only half committed to really changing over to a healthy lifestyle. Now I am ready!! I need to loose another 80 lbs and want to be healthy for me and my kiddos! I have 2 great kids; girl 6 and boy 16 months. I want to be able to run and play with them without getting too tired or too sore. I also broke my back many years ago and the extra weight has really become a problem. I do have a great friend who is going to be a workout buddy 3 days a week and my daughter said she will do the wii fit with me on the other days. She is so considerate of other people! Anyway, I am looking for help with motivation on the days I work out at home!! You can never have too many friends!!!
