Hi, I am striving to do my best at tracking diet and exercise. I am 49 years old and want to get rid of this excess 40 lbs I put on after I hit 40!!!

You can do it. You just have to make it a habit and be dligent. It's kind of amazing when you realize how many calories you've actually been eating. This is a great site to help you achieve your goals. It's kind of like the tortois (sp) and the hare. A slow and steady pace wins the race. Good Luck!!!0
