So, E!Online posted these gems:
The Travelin' Man
"If you're new to the gym, just remember this one hot tip: The lat machine is NOT a vehicle."
The Deep Depression Twist
"The added bonus of this move is you get to stare at the floor and think about all your mistakes."
The Stair Sashay
"Fitness level: Minimal
Style level: Fabulous"
The Rubber Arm
"This move works out your arm, in that it pulls it right out of your shoulder."
The Gazelle Pulldown
"No critiques of his form here. He executed this move perfectly."
The Bear Trap
"This one really blasts your spine. Great workout."
The Leg Sweep
"This move is perfect for those who love dropping their weights loudly at the gym."
The Glute Drag
"Obvious rookie mistake. Always make sure you keep your knees bent when doing whatever the hell it is this guy is trying to do."
The Not Even Trying Dip
"This one is more of a workout for your ego than your shoulders. Look how well you're doing! Good for you."
The Grasshopper Pulldown
"Who needs leg day? Every day is leg day for this guy"
The Lazy Metalhead
"For those who love to headbang but hate all that STANDING."
The Inverted Miley Cyrus
"You don't really need to go to the gym for this one, you just need a floor mat and no sense of shame."
The 7 Year's Curse Deadlift
"Hate what you see when you look in the mirror? Lift something heavy and then break that annoying, judgemental mirror!"
I think my favorite is the Stair Sashay. I don't reach that level of fabulous even outside the gym! :ohwell:
