Hey all, I've been a member of MFP for a few years and I use it on and off, but this year My wife and I inherited a bunch of Nutrisystem food. We have been using that for about 2 weeks and have started going to the gym. In those two weeks I've already lost about 12 lbs and the progress has excited me & is motivating me to push harder.
As the subject says, I'm 36 years old. My wife and I have 3 kids (3 1/2 year old son, & 17 month B/G twins), I'm also finishing up a Bachelor's degree and work full time. As you can see my plate is full, but I'm doing this for my family. I'm about 6'3 and currently right around 280 lbs. I've got a good sized belly (and man-boobs to fit) and hoping to lose that most. My first milestone is to hit the 250 mark which is totally possible and shouldn't take too long, but Ideally around 200-220 range is where I want to be. Who knows, once I hit that, maybe I'll want 180-190. At 200 lbs I'll officially be "normal" weight.
I want to wish everyone good luck on achieving their goals and hopefully we'll all be celebrating together!
