Starkist albacore tuna

Hi all,

I've got several pouches of Starkist albacore tuna, which I normally put in salads, but I'm looking for different ways to use them. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated!

I do prefer to keep things simple, though, so simple suggestions will be appreciated even more. ;)

    Tuna sandwiches, tuna and egg salad sandwiches, mix it with salsa and spread it on crackers, add some relish and eat it with a spoon out of the pouch, mix it with some red wine vinegar and pepper and spread it on cucumber slices, sauté some peppers and onions with garlic, parsley, and a little white wine and toss it with some penne and the tuna.

    I usually put some Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning on mine and mix it together and eat like that. I also put it on salads.

    Mix spaghetti (marinara) sauce with tuna, serve over penne pasta.

    I bring them to work and toss them in a little container with quinoa, bulgar, etc. and microwave it--tuna casserole! :)
