Boobie Question :-)

So I have a pretty large chest 38 dd and I am looking to drop about 60 lbs and my concern is that when the weight comes off my boobs will hang down like two deflated balloons. One question is for those who have lost a significant amount of weight, did you have problems with your boobs or did they pop back to normal and look perky?

My question is how can we get that perky lift naturally without going under the knife?

    Your best bet is to lose slowly, stay hydrated, and work your chest muscles. Having muscles under the boobs help hold them at attention.

    ETA: and wear a really supportive bra, especially when exercising. Gravity is not a friend!

    Great advice, thanks! So I can still build muscle in the chest area, even though I'm in the shred stage (eating at a deficit)?
