Days you burn a lot of calories

My diary is open and I'm being conservative with calories burned (HRM says more, along with the MFP app, but I lower it in case).

My goal is 1600-1700 calories, 1300-1400 net. I posted the other day how I'm plateauing so I recently increased calories since 1200-1400 was too low. I'm 35, 5'2" and work out 6x a week and am NOW doing 2 days where I do 2 hours of Zumba/Body Pump in the same day.

***Now my QUESTION is... For days I work out 2 hours and burn 600-700 calories, I'm still supposed to NET 1200 minimum right? So even though I ate 1731, burned 770, and am netting 961 (Today's diary for example) I'm still supposed to eat until I NET 1200 correct?***

I would, yes. You're doing a lot of exercise, you need to fuel your workouts.
  • Thank you!!

I was worried about this since I was eating (what I feel) a lot of food. And in case someone asks, yes, I do weigh, measure, all my food.

Yes, that is the plan. And you will need all those calories for all that exercise.
