2014: A Year of 30-day Challenges

Hi all, I started a group (that will actually start with a February challenge) for people who want to commit to doing a different 30-day/month-long challenge, every month, for all of 2014.

I have a hard time staying motivated, so this is perfect for me. I don't have to worry about joining different groups each month and keeping track of all that. This is all one group. I plan to always have 2 months worth of challenges posted at a time, in case you want to skip a specific month's challenge but still be a part of the group. I'm also open to suggestions for challenges. Right now, I have February posted - SQUATS and PUSH-UPS and March will be focused on toning your BUTT and THIGHS.

    I've set it up so that there are 3 levels - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced - so there's something for everyone!
