Welcome sue and congrats on the 11 just keep pushing forward. There are going to be those dreary days where you say i just don't feel like it or i will do it later and later never comes don't get discouraged just get back up and try again. We all have those days but you CANNOT give up because once you stop it is so hard to get back on track so God speed on your journey. Sue...my best advice. If you mess up one...one meal...just let it go and get back on track. We all have our mess ups. Those that succeed are the ones that keep on trying.
One of the best things that I have done this time around is to educate myself about weight loss...exercising...and how my body works. This has been the key to me being able to stick with it this time around.
Also...I haven't just cut calories this time...I have learned to eat and cook differently. I want to make sure that after I have reached my goal weight that I don't gain it back.0
