General help about calories

Hi guys, im really struggling to eat the right amount of calories. I never feel hungry and just cant seem to eat any more then 1500 a day tbh. As you can see by my diary im having a wide and varied diet but don know what more to do. I dont really want too eat much more fruit because of its high sugar content and im struggling to get any more protein. And i dont want eat more greasy things like chips as they make me feel sluggish and icky

I work out around 5-6 times a week, which normally consists of 40-50 mins of cardio followed by 40 mins of resistance training (average 4 sets per machine) and this adds extra pressure for me to eat those, or at least some, of those back.

I take a multi-vit, cod liver oil and garlic supplement every day and seem to be losing around 3lbs a week, so not a massive amount.

Should i just carry on as i am?
