These last 15 lbs!

How much harder do you have to push for the last part of your weigh loss? I've been doing the same thing as I did in the beginning and it wont come off. Well I lied, the only thing I haven't done in the last 6 months is use exercise equipment like I did the first 6 months. I haven't been able to lately. Would it have that much an impact? This journey has been amazing but ive been stuck for a long 6 months. I want to be ready for summer and feel good about myself. Up and down from 150-155 and over and over. Plus the holidays didn't help. But any ideas on what I need to do to get rid of these last lbs? and any secrets to toning? Thanks everyone!:-)

When was the last time you updated your calorie goals with MFP?

Do you log everything you eat, everyday?

    Do you weigh your food?

Think about the above three questions and your answer probably lies somewhere in there.

I think that you should add back in the exercise. If it was working before then why would you want to stop working out? That will also probably help your metabolism. You also might want to try eating higher calories. It sounds counterproductive but I've read that losing the last smaller amount is sometimes easier with a smaller deficit so eating more might end up working. Good luck!
