I did the math online to find out how many calories my body needs a day according to height, weight, and age. I think it is my BMR but I get the terminology mixed up at times. Anyhow, according to those numbers I need 2411 to maintain. So please tell me if the following makes sense.
I set my calorie intake at 2000 a day and I work out normally burning between 300-450 per workout. Most of the time I end up with only eating about 1900 by days end. So all of this said, am I getting enough to eat or too much?
Edit: It just occurred to me that the numbers 2411 INCLUDE my workout. Still, I don't add a workout to my account. I still have it set at 2000 a day and I do not log my workouts.
