Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself.
I've been trying to drop weight on and off since 2010 now, have always failed. I'm 19, 5'9 and starting weight was 244.9lbs, currently sitting at 236.6lbs after ~3.5 weeks of going at it. It's sticking this time, I feel great, I've eliminated snacking and over-eating, and it's all becoming a habit and lifestyle all too fast. I've learned that slow and steady wins the race and there is no such thing as a 'diet'.
