20 lbs since Oct 1, 2013 (5 lbs more than goal)

My fitness pal app is the easiest thing I have done to lose weight.
48 years old 5'9". I would like to be 175 but am not going to sweat it as long as I don't go over 185.
Just going to keep working with the calories that I am allowed through the app.
