    One year truly can make a difference. You look amazing. Keep up the hard work. I started the same way as you. I was sick of feeling the way I do and how I look. I have muffin top that I hate so it was time to make a lifestyle change. I started a couple weeks ago. I have been watching what I eat, cut out pop and sweets completely, and started to work out again. I can't wait to see what a year from now to see the difference. Thank you for posting you success. I hope your second year is just as good. :-)

    Wonderful job!! Everyday is a challenge in life no matter what the world has us face!! Takes patience and determination which you obviously have! Are you in nursing school? Only ask bc of the scrubs...I have been a nurse for almost 16 years and LOVE it! Keep it up ;)

    Yes I'm in my last semester of nursing school. Everyone in my class is always telling me they keep finding all the weight I lost. Hahah :)
