I used table salt it worked really well in 30 minutes. I can not find any research to why it has to be sea salt so I tried table salt the last two times. I'm still here and it worked amazing8

Necro thread. Plus it's a laxative. Use of laxatives can lead to dependency so only use it when absolutely necessary.3

Flushes and 'cleanses' of any kind are generally unnecessary and discouraged here. Your body cleanses itself just fine with a balanced diet and adequate hydration.4
