    Necro thread. Plus it's a laxative. Use of laxatives can lead to dependency so only use it when absolutely necessary.

    Flushes and 'cleanses' of any kind are generally unnecessary and discouraged here. Your body cleanses itself just fine with a balanced diet and adequate hydration.
