Just Starting out..

Hey Guys, and Ladies..
Im here, to start my weight loss journey.
I've tried numerous times to lose weight, after gaining over 140 Pounds in 2 Short Years..
I've hit my max weight, and looking to change.
How can i Find Motivation in myself to stick to this one forsure?
I dont excercise, although when i was younger i Would love to bench press and run on treadmill..
Im looking into benchpressing again.
