Healthy amount of weight to lose

Hi!
I'm going on vacation on February 15, I have lost 2 pounds already. I'm curious, how much weight can I lose by then that is healthy?

    I believe it's recommended to lose no more than 2 pounds a week to do it safely.

    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

    Going by your ticker, you have about 30lbs to lose so maybe 1-4lbs?

    With 30 lbs to lose I'd go for a pound per week.
