Hello from Australia! 30kg weight loss goal!

Hey everyone! My name is Amanda and I am new to myfitnesspal, I have been using weight watchers over the past few weeks and have so far lost 4kg, I'm switching over to this because I have a hard time making it to meetings because of my job and I can't justify the money I spend on membership but I love being able to track my food.

I work as a chef, which makes it a bit hard to watch what I am eating as I am exposed to food all day, but in another way it's good because it's a very active job with lots of walking, jogging, lifting and sweating. And that means I can have more Calories and still lose weight. But I do struggle with extra exercise, because by the end of my shift I am so exhausted and sore that I don't even like to think about doing more than what I've already done.

So I just wanted to introduce myself to the community and I hope I can make some fitness friends here!
