Hi so I just joined MFP and could really use some help.
I'm 5'3 and 21 years old, MFP suggests I eat 1390 calories a day. Does that sound about right? Has anyone had success with eating that amount?
I noticed on a few posts people were saying to eat back the calories you burn, I don't understand that.
I workout an hour a day, 4-5 days a week, and work retail. Would you consider that "lightly active" or "active"?
Sorry if these questions sound dumb, I'm new at this and want to make sure I do this right. If you have any tips/advice please please share them! Thank you.
