Tummy Trouble

Hey guys

So I don't necessarily consider myself to be "fat" or anything, but I suppose I am over weight and I need to do something about it. One of my biggest problems is my stomach. I do ab exercises every now and then (maybe once every other week) and I have some definition of the muscles, but there is definitely some fat covering them.

Anyone know any good exercises, supplements, or anything that is supposed to work well and relatively quickly to burn tummy fat?

Any advice would be helpful and I really appreciate it :smile:
