Just checked a can of mine -- each serving (2 per can) has 4% of RDA of iron... so 8% in the can (of RDA for 2000 calorie diet)0

Hiya.....
I stole this from the John West Website:
http://www.johnwest.com.au/health/reading-a-john-west-pack/
Good source of Iron
This shows that a product contains at least 25% of the recommended dietary intake (RDI) for iron per serving as prescribed in the Food Standards Code. (The RDI for iron for an average adult is 12mg.)
Therefore at least 3mg of iron per tin..... presuming you mean the standard tin not the small one of course!! :-)0 -
Thanks guys for a quick reply0
