I have just finished my second day with MFP. Everything has gone well--I have eaten a little under my calorie goal each day, I have spent 30 minutes each day on my treadmill (not very fast, but considering it's been months since I have used it, I am pleased), and I have tracked everything for both days.
NOW, I am hoping that my excellent start and my good intentions will follow me into tomorrow--when I return to work after the holiday weekend. I will have a busy long day at work (starting with a potentially stress-inducing meeting) and then an evening obligation. I have breakfast and lunch pretty well planned. Dinner may be rushed, but I am hoping to make it a healthy one, and I am not anticipating having any exercise time--we'll see.
