Is there anyone who has the last 30lbs to go? I have been on MFP since Nov 2012 and I did hit not a plateau because I didnt keep doing the same as I have done from July - Nov 2013 and I didnt gain but didnt lose but since Nov 19, 2013 I started dropping again...anyway I and the tail end now and I just want to hear from people what they have done or people who are doing.
I changed up the times I eat to every 2 hours small meals totalling 6-7 meals in a day( weighing my food which I never done the whole time), lots of water, low carbs, no dairy, of course no white flour/sugar, and weight training.
I feel great at this time of my life and really looking forward to seeing the new me and sharing "How I Did It". I must say I have someone who have supported me the entire time which I know that this is why I have made it this far.
I wasn't heavy my entire life but I carried this extra 100+ lbs for over 9 years so there were alot of family and friends who actually got used to the "bigger" me. I was never happy and satisfied because I knew that the old person was in there. Once I started on MFP it seemed like I could really do this and I did. It hasn't been easy it is indeed hard work.
