Iceberg lettuce?

I have been eating salad's everyday before dinner to try and get more vegetables into my system everyday. My salads are usually iceberg lettuce primarily with some romaine lettuce thrown in. I want to say the ratio is about 60/40 with iceberg being the primary. Though sometimes, this week for example, all my salads have just been iceberg because it was the only greens that didn't look borderline spoiled at my local grocery.
However, a couple people told me I might as well not even bother because iceberg has no nutritional value. I am aware that the deeper greens have more nutrients but does iceberg really have none?
I have all my salads with matchstick carrots and 2tbs of dressing (Olive Garden Signature Italian Salad Dressing), and ground pepper, if that is important info to know.

I would sneak some darker greens in there even if you don't like them. I also like to add nuts and meat as well. In the end its the dressing that really screws things up.0
