i don't have a hrm so i log it as circuit training. but given that mfp is not accurate, i try to manually count my hr (count pulse in 10 secs then multiply by 6) and decipher from there if i should under/over estimate my calories burned.
  • I started T25 with my 12 year old daughter (who is semi-overweight for her age/height) and we NAILED IT :) last week, but of course it was very challenging! I lost 6 lbs and 2 in of my waist and my daughter lost 7 lbs and 1.75 in off her waist! We LOVE the workout program and nutrition guide/diet plan. I haven't figured out how to log it just yet because I honestly haven't logged a lot since I had my baby. Let me know what you find out and good fortune with T25, you can do it!! :)

I log it using my heart rate monitor

I've been logging as 'aerobic - high impact' - seems to fit.
  • Thankyou all :)

I shall be investing in a heart rate monitor after my sons bday in 2 weeks, right now every penny counts!
