Why do I lose weight and gain it back in a matter of days?

Sodium intake, dehydration, exercising new muscles, hormones, etc will all affect water weight and therefore your scale. My weight fluctuates quite a bit but the trend is downward (if you're curious, one of my profile pics is a graph of my daily weight over a two month period). Lots of things will change the day to day weight so try not to pay too much attention to the actual number. Also, invest in a tape measure. Sometimes when the scale doesn't move the measurements will.0

You cannot get a proper measurement like that ...
If you want to see wether you are gaining or loosing weight step on the counter every morning before you eat or drink. Calculate an average from that , that will be a lot more accurate. SOO you basicaly need two weeks worth of measurements to get an idea whats happening to your body, but if you want precision I do not know of any other way easily accesible...0
