    hi everyone,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i m new here,,,,my stepson is going to marry on July 12 , i would like to loose some pounds to look good for my husband,,,,,since we live on a farm outside of everything,,,,,so i came across this site and post to make some friends to support them and get a little back support myself,,,in the winter it is hard to do much excessive ,,we do go out everyday to feed the animals,,,three times,,,and if cold more so i m not sitting all the time,,,but for me winter is like sitting all day i the coach,,,we live of the smallest retirement for 1 person,,and not living near the big cities all cuts in into buying a lot of fresh fruit and veggies,,,,i like some more friends to keep dieting and to support them
