Just bought Uncle Toby's Natural Style Muesli cereal thinking that it was healthy but actually has 165kcal per 45g. What to do guys? Sorry this may seem like the most stupidest question but I'm getting really anxious (I do have anxiety so please bare with me)

If you like it...fit it into your calorie plan. Muesli and granola are notoriously high in calories though. Might be better to just use it as a sprinkle on yogurt or whatever instead of as your main food option. But if you like it...find a way to fit it in.0

Muesli is healthy, but as you found out calorie dense, due to nuts, dried fruit & oats
As megsmom says, fit it in, but weigh it, it is surprisingly calorie dense for a very small amount0 -
Thank you guys for your replies Just had some this morning for breakfast and though it's delicious I'm planning to bake some nice muesli cookies out of them (Banana and muesli baked).0
