Hi, I'm Becky. 44 years old. I still have a LOT to lose but I did lose 27 lbs in 4 weeks on Super Shred. I have been on here a while. We also have a group on Face Book called Flab 4 Shredder Revolution. We want to hold each other accountable and encourage each other.
