tummy attack!!! any ab workouts??

hey everyone!!!

so it's getting down to crunch time (yes, pun intended) and i'm getting ever so close to my goal weight but my big trouble and has always been since forever, is my stomach or abs area. What are some tummy workouts I can do to start tightening and shaping up that specific area??? anything really vigourous that will push me and/or that i can do home? gotta love that burn!!

I do the abs after gym classes and situps e.t.c. but it seems that that particular area is brutal and by far for myself the hardest to get rid of!!!!

any ideas would be super helpful and appreciated fellow mfp's :) hope your all smashing it!

    try finding a zumba class so worthwhile have fun while you excersize and sculpt your body they have a website so you can find a class near you it really does work no more boring crunshes
  • I love zumba! I do it atleast once a week, def gets you moving :)
