Just took my first before pictures..

And I cannot wait to be WELL down this journey I've decided to take!
A little about me: I'm 25, engaged (getting married in October), and I've been dealing with weight fluctuations and being overweight my whole life. I've done diets, juices, exercising, etc, and I've not been able to make anything stick. Until I changed my mind. It started as me wanting to loose weight for the wedding, but now I know it's about truly changing my life. I've got a friend that is a personal trainer/nutritionist, and she is helping me out with workouts and meal planning, etc. I am the type (as I assume a lot of us are) that needs to be held accountable 100% of the time, and she, this website, and hopefully you all will help to keep me accountable! I am focusing on my nutrition first, as I've been told that's 70-80% of your results. I've given myself 40 weeks to get to my initial big goal and I am setting small goals along the way.
Here is where I'm at and where I'm heading:
January 12: 225 lbs (the second heaviest I've been)
Today: 216.7 llbs
Initial Big Loss Goal: 50 lbs
My first small goal is 10 lbs, and I'm approaching it! My first real training session will be tomorrow night, so wish me luck!!! And feel free to add me for support, swapping recipes, motivation, etc!
