Hello, just a quick introduction today but I hope to be more active in order to support my current weight loss goals. I'm in my early twenties, female and live in the UK. I currently weigh 12 stone 5 lbs (UK) and want to get back to around 9 stone. Four years ago I weighed 8 Stone, due to a combination of illness (norrovirus which then caused me to pick up every bug going round for the next year), not eating enough and stress. However, I did not look healthy! Then I was out of work for six months, then got an office job sat on my bum all day and eating the cakes people brought in for their own birthdays (weird, I know!) Now, I'm out of the office in a new job walking about most of the day and finally making the effort to shift the excess weight.
I'm more concerned about my fat percentage than anything...which is currently at 37.9% eek. One major thing I've done so far is to cut sugar from my tea, which has reduced my sugar intake by a minimum of 20 teaspoons a day.
Anyway, thanks for reading
