Water Retention and some things that cause it

So. Doc put me on antibiotics this week to avoid (not get rid of) an infection.

For the first time in weeks, I plateaued, even though I have been very good overall.

I dont know about this woman's diet scheme (nor do I care, really, I have one that works = MFP), but I thought it was a reasonably considered essay on water retention.
