Just joined yesterday and getting into the swing of things.
I am a former dancer and currently a choreographer. Fell off the wagon a bit after a shoulder injury that keeps reoccurring. I am about 5'7.5 and currently 180 lbs, looking to be back at 150 with muscle! [:
I am pretty active for the most part with dance class, biking and teaching ballet and modern, so I have a hard time with cutting weight unless I am making a conscious effort with what is getting put inside my body, as well as upping cardio intensity and (hopefully) getting cleared for starting back with weight training.
If there is anyone out there from the dance or theater community, let's keep in touch! Also, anybody with similar goals, advice, or just likes to be supportive.
