Trying this out

I lost about 50 pounds over the last school year with lots of daily exercise and eating 1800 calories everyday.
I am down to the last 23 pounds now...
I decided to use this because I really wanted a calorie counter, I was afraid that the headaches I started getting a month
ago were from not eating enough and I was right.
I know this will take another 3 or 4 months (which is annoying... but I want to loose weight healthily)
and I will probably exercise just as much and count what I am eating even when I have met my goal because eating doing this has been a habit for at least 9 months and it makes me feel super good.

Maybe at that point I will talk to a doctor or nutritionist about maintaining weight.

I can't wait to get back in my favorite skirt...

I was so excited that I fit into size 11 pants yesterday... I didn't buy them because they were ugly... but they came all the way on. I wasn't even aiming for that size... I was aiming for 14...

I like the counter so far, it has helped me make sure that I eat a little more, but I still never want to eat more than 1900 calories even with a whole honking lot of exercise,
